Is the workbook included?
Not during the free week. The printed workbook is part of the 12‑week Founders Pilot (by invitation after the challenge).

In‑person sessions?
Yes, 2×/week: technique, load, progression. The coach walks with you.

Accountability?
2×/week check‑ins (DM/call) to validate points and remove blockers.
